Summer Melon Prosciutto

Ingredients:

1 small seedless watermelon, peeled and cubed
1 small cantaloupe, peeled and cubed
1 small honeydew melon, peeled and cubed
6-8 slices of prosciutto
8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), drained and halved
Fresh basil leaves, torn
Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Instructions:

In a large serving bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon.

Tear the prosciutto slices into smaller pieces and add them to the bowl with the melon cubes.

Add the halved fresh mozzarella balls to the bowl.

Tear fresh basil leaves and scatter them over the salad.

Drizzle the salad with balsamic glaze and extra virgin olive oil.

Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.

Serve the summer melon, prosciutto, and mozzarella salad immediately, and enjoy the refreshing and flavorful combination of sweet melon, savory prosciutto, creamy mozzarella, and aromatic basil!
