Ingredients
- 6 roasted jalapeños (remove seeds for less heat)
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 6 oz white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon chili powder or smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Chili flakes for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Roast the Jalapeños: You can roast them in the oven (400°F for 15–20 min) or over an open flame until charred and soft. Let them cool slightly, then peel the skins, remove seeds, and chop.
- Blend the Base: In a mixing bowl or food processor, combine cream cheese, shredded white cheddar, and all spices. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add Jalapeños: Fold in or blend the chopped roasted jalapeños depending on how smooth or chunky you like your dip.
