Ingredients:
1 lb flank or sirloin steak (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 green bell pepper (sliced)
1 red bell pepper (sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 cup beef broth
Preparation:
Toss steak with soy sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of pepper. Let marinate 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet or wok. Sear steak until browned; remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté peppers, onions, and garlic until just tender.
Return steak to pan, add oyster sauce and broth. Stir-fry 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens.
Serve hot over rice for a quick and flavorful meal!
