Blueberry Cheesecake Swirl Rolls
Soft, golden crescent rolls swirled with tangy cheesecake and sweet blueberries—perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert!
Ingredients:
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz) tube of crescent roll dough
- 2/3 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Unroll the crescent dough and press the seams together to form a large rectangle.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle the blueberries on top.
- Carefully roll the dough into a log, starting from the long edge. Slice into 1-inch rolls.
- Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
