Blueberry Cheesecake Swirl Rolls

Soft, golden crescent rolls swirled with tangy cheesecake and sweet blueberries—perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert!

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) tube of crescent roll dough
  • 2/3 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and press the seams together to form a large rectangle.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle the blueberries on top.
  5. Carefully roll the dough into a log, starting from the long edge. Slice into 1-inch rolls.
  6. Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Optional: drizzle with icing or dust with powdered sugar.
