Ingredients

  1. Peach Cobbler Muffins
    For The Muffins:
    2 cups of all-purpose flour plus 1 tablespoon more
    ½ teaspoon of salt
    2 teaspoons of baking powder
    2 eggs
    ¼ cup of salted butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
    ½ cup of granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    ½ cup of milk
    2 tablespoons of peach juice (from the can of peaches)
    2 (15-ounce) cans of peaches in juice

For The Streusel Topping:
¼ cup of salted butter, cold and cut into cubes
⅓ cup of all-purpose flour
⅓ cup of granulated sugar

  1. Cherry Cobbler Muffins
    For The Muffins:
    2 cups of all-purpose flour plus 1 tablespoon more
    ½ teaspoon of salt
    2 teaspoons of baking powder
    2 large eggs
    ¼ cup of melted and cooled salted butter
    ½ cup of granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    ¾ cup of milk
    1 (21-ounce) can of cherry pie filling, divided in half

For The Streusel Topping:
¼ cup of salted butter, cold and cut into cubes
½ cup of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
¼ cup of granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon of milk or heavy cream

  1. Blueberry Cobbler Muffins
    For The Blueberry Muffins:
    1¾ cups plus 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour, divided into 1¾ cups and 1 tablespoon
    1 teaspoon of baking powder
    ½ teaspoon of baking soda
    ½ teaspoon of salt
    ¾ cup of granulated sugar
    ¼ cup of unsalted butter, melted and cooled
    2 large eggs, room temperature
    ½ cup of buttermilk
    1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    ½ teaspoon of almond extract
    1½ cups of fresh blueberries, divided into 1 cup and ½ cup

For The Streusel Topping:
½ cup of all-purpose flour
½ cup of granulated sugar
¼ cup of unsalted butter, melted and cooled
