Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders or chicken breast strips 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz) 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits or chopped bacon 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular) 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional for baking) Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese, and bacon until well combined.

Pat chicken tenders dry with a paper towel. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each tender.

In a shallow dish, add breadcrumbs. Carefully press each coated tender into the breadcrumbs, coating all sides.

Place tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle or brush melted butter over the top for extra crispiness (optional).

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy. For extra crispiness, broil for the last 1-2 minutes.

Alternatively, air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Remove from oven or air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.

Serve with ranch dressing, honey mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
