Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, cubed
8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
4 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta:
Follow the package instructions to cook the pasta. Drain and set aside. - Sauté the Chicken:
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cubed chicken, cooking until the chicken is fully cooked and golden. - Prepare the Sauce:
Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper as desired. - Combine and Serve:
Toss the pasta with the creamy sauce. Top with garlic butter chicken bites and garnish with fresh basil. Serve warm.
